Hanging pennant originals are finished with a wooden dowel and macramé thread, making them easy to hang with a single small nail. I love the organic, raw quality of the canvas as it floats naturally against the wall — it gives the work a relaxed, lived-in presence.

If you eventually decide you’d prefer a framed presentation, the dowel can be easily removed, allowing the original to be framed traditionally without any alteration to the artwork.
