Polka Dot To Go: Paint Your Own Beverageware @ End of Days

This workshop is an "Open-Studio" workshop, and it is exactly what it sounds like: paint what you want, how you want—just in a cool setting at End of Days Distillery!

This is your space to explore, let loose, try something new, and create without rules or restrictions.

Every painter leaves with a $5 coupon to use at Polka Dot when it opens and a punch card :) 

For this special beverageware-themed workshop, you'll choose from eight different styles of mugs, glasses, and drinkware pieces to make uniquely your own.

This off-site session includes:

• One ready-to-paint pottery piece of your choice
• All materials needed during the session, including glazes, pencils, brushes, tape, and other tools
• A basic pottery painting introduction and guidance throughout the workshop from Polka Dot owner, Grayson (GERB)
• Firing and finishing services

Materials

Everything you need is included (paint, paint palette, brushes, water, napkins, dotters, sponges)—just bring yourself! If you'd like, bring a few images for inspiration. We'll also have magazines, pattern references, and a Pinterest board available for you to browse and spark ideas.

Pricing

Because each pottery shape is priced differently, your ticket price will vary based on the piece you choose. Please browse through the visuals to select which shape you'd like to paint. 

Pick-Up Information

Your pottery will be ready for pick-up within 4–6 days.

Once your piece is finished, you'll receive a text message with pick-up instructions and pick-up hours at our Forum location, which is currently under construction (1121 Military Cutoff Road Wilmington NC 28405). If you stop by before we officially open, just knock on the door—we'd love to show you our progress and give you a quick tour!

If you'd rather wait until our public opening, that's perfectly fine too. Your piece will be available for pick-up during regular studio hours:

Monday: 10 AM – 7 PM
Tuesday: 10 AM – 7 PM
Wednesday: 10 AM – 7 PM
Thursday: 10 AM – 7 PM
Friday: 10 AM – 10:30 PM
Saturday: 10 AM – 10:30 PM
Sunday: 12 PM – 6 PM

A Few Notes

Painters will share tables, which helps keep supplies organized and creates opportunities to mingle, swap ideas, and see what everyone else is creating.
